Food Design

What is Food Design? We believe that food, in its myriad of forms, can be one of the most creative resources if used correctly. We do not believe in “playing” or “messing” with food. Food should be served fresh in an unfussy yet creative manner to best use the flavours and colours. For us, Food Design is using food for its most natural properties and tailoring it with complimentary colours, flavours and styles.

We take our inspiration from a cornucopia of traditions and cultures around the world. Whether it is a Polynesian Papaya and Maunaloa garden salad or a traditional French Beef bourguignon, our chefs work around the clock to produce mouth-watering food that is fresh, beautiful and inspiring.

"The whole process of flavour perception is multi-sensory. We all have our own perception of life. Not only do we see, hear and taste differently but we have our own, individual personal experiences, emotion and memory. As long as this continues, the world of eating will be a very exciting place".
